📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to generate leads and qualify potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Present products and services to potential clients and address their needs and concerns
• Negotiate and close sales deals with potential clients
• Track and report on sales performance and progress
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Certification in sales techniques or negotiation skills is a plus
