📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize operations and drive efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals and objectives.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Implement and monitor process improvements using tools like SAP and Microsoft Power BI.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with senior management to align operational strategies with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational processes.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of operations management principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Microsoft Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
