📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand our corporate training and executive education offerings.
• Identify and pursue new corporate clients and partnership opportunities.
• Manage a team of trainers and coordinators to ensure high-quality program delivery.
• Create and deliver training programs that meet the specific needs of corporate clients.
• Leverage data analytics to track program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in corporate training and executive education.
• Represent Universiti Teknikal Mara Sdn. Bhd. at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, corporate training, or executive education.
• Proven track record of successful business development initiatives.
• Strong understanding of the corporate training and executive education industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle or Blackboard is a plus.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
