📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP and other enterprise applications.
• Assist users in resolving IT-related issues and ensure smooth operation of systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address any potential issues.
• Document and maintain comprehensive records of all IT activities and incidents.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Work closely with regional teams to ensure consistent support and service delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Proven experience with SAP and other enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with agricultural industry and crop protection technologies is a plus.
• Certifications in ITIL or other relevant IT service management frameworks are a plus.
