As an Event Sales Promoter, you'll be the face of One Sixty Asia, interacting with attendees, demonstrating products, and collecting leads. You'll work closely with our sales team to ensure that our brand message is consistently delivered and that we achieve our sales targets. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, a passion for retail, and a keen eye for detail.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Promote One Sixty Asia products and services at various events and promotions
• Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide product demonstrations
• Collect and manage leads, ensuring accurate data entry into our CRM system (Salesforce)
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and professionalism
• Provide regular reports on event performance and customer feedback
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of event displays
• Stay up-to-date with the latest product offerings and sales strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, retail, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
• Passion for retail and a keen eye for detail
• Ability to travel and work in various locations
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Valid SIM card and ability to obtain a work permit for Bali
