📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and implement compliance programs in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and other relevant standards.
• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Develop and maintain compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and training materials.
• Monitor and report on compliance activities to senior management and the board of directors.
• Provide training and awareness programs to employees on compliance issues and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance risks and opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Ensure that all compliance activities are conducted in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, preferably in the ISO standards framework.
• Certification in ISO 9001, ISO 27001, or other relevant ISO standards.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
