📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide primary and emergency medical care to offshore and onshore personnel.
- Conduct medical assessments and treatments, including vaccinations, wound care, and minor surgeries.
- Monitor and manage chronic health conditions, such as diabetes and hypertension.
- Administer medications and manage medication schedules.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Participate in health promotion activities and workplace safety initiatives.
- Maintain accurate medical records and reports using EHR systems.
- Provide telemedicine consultations and remote patient monitoring.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical or high-risk environment.
- Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent.
- Experience with advanced medical equipment and software, such as EHR systems and telemedicine platforms.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and company policies.
