📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the Diagnostic Clinic, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Manage a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff, to ensure high standards of patient care.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve clinic performance, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and healthcare standards.
• Coordinate with external healthcare providers and facilities to ensure seamless patient referrals and care.
• Monitor and analyze clinic performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, referring physicians, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant healthcare field, such as Medicine, Nursing, or Healthcare Administration.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a healthcare setting, preferably in a diagnostic clinic.
• Proven track record of successfully managing healthcare teams and operations.
