This role offers a competitive salary of IDR 4,500,000 to IDR 6,000,000 per month, along with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling cash transactions, account inquiries, and financial advice.
- Operate banking systems and software, including Mandiri Online Banking and ATM systems, with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other financial services.
- Verify customer identification and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Monitor branch operations and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
- Collaborate with the branch team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities to enhance customer relationships.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay updated with banking best practices.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or banking.
- Familiarity with banking systems and software, including Mandiri Online Banking and ATM systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations and practices.
