📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledgers, trial balances, and financial statements.
• Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns, including corporate and personal income taxes, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and detect any discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis for management.
• Maintain and update financial documentation, including contracts, invoices, and receipts.
• Provide support in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting and tax, preferably in a property or real estate company.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
