📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Lead and mentor a team of registered nurses, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.
- Coordinate patient care plans, including medication administration, wound care, and patient education.
- Ensure the availability of necessary supplies and equipment, and manage the nursing department budget.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss patient care issues, departmental goals, and staff development.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor patient care quality and implement strategies to improve outcomes.
- Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance the skills of the nursing team.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting.
- Certification as a Nurse Supervisor or equivalent experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and other relevant healthcare regulations.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
