📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service by handling cash transactions, account inquiries, and financial advice.
• Operate banking systems and software, including Mandiri Online Banking and ATM systems, with accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other financial services.
• Verify customer identification and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Monitor branch operations and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
• Collaborate with the branch team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities to enhance customer relationships.
• Participate in training and development programs to stay updated with banking best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or banking.
• Familiarity with banking systems and software, including Mandiri Online Banking and ATM systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations and practices.
