Hotel Hendra Fruit is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that we meet our sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering outstanding results.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and customer service.,Monitor store performance against sales targets and KPIs, and identify areas for improvement.,Manage store budgets and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and address any issues or concerns.,Collaborate with the regional manager to ensure store performance aligns with company goals.,Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing to enhance the customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and retail software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
