📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.,Present renovation and interior design solutions to potential clients, highlighting benefits and features.,Collaborate with interior designers and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.,Manage client relationships, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.,Conduct site visits and consultations to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.,Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.,Stay updated with industry trends and market developments to enhance sales strategies.,Provide regular sales reports and performance metrics to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, particularly in renovation and interior design.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.,Strong knowledge of the local market and understanding of client needs and preferences.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Familiarity with interior design software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
