PT Mandiri Abadi is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Procurement Staff to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring cost efficiency, and maintaining strong supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, excellent negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality products.,Monitor and analyze procurement costs to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Prepare and present reports on procurement activities and performance metrics.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate procurement of materials and services.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
