Plan, organize, and execute high-profile events, conferences, and weddings, ensuring they meet the luxury standards of The St. Regis.,Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.,Manage event budgets and ensure financial targets are met.,Oversee event marketing and promotions to attract high-profile clients and guests.,Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in event management and luxury hospitality.,Handle any event-related issues or challenges that may arise during the event planning and execution process.,Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on event progress and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, preferably in luxury hospitality.,Proven track record of successfully planning and executing high-profile events.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of event planning software and tools is a plus.,Familiarity with Bali's event scene and local vendors is advantageous.
