Tanggung Jawab:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.Source and screen candidates for various positions within the company.Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recommendations.Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities and progress.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, such as ATS and applicant tracking systems.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.🛠️ Keahlian
