As a Medical Representative, you'll be responsible for promoting and selling Meiji's ophthalmic products, including prescription and non-prescription eye care solutions. You'll engage with doctors, optometrists, and other eye care professionals to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about improving eye health.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Promote and sell Meiji's ophthalmic products to healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, optometrists, and other eye care professionals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the ophthalmic market.
- Prepare and present market reports, sales forecasts, and other business intelligence.
- Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and learn about new products and trends.
- Provide ongoing support and training to healthcare professionals on the use and benefits of Meiji's products.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve company goals.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical sales, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the ophthalmic market and products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel extensively and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
