Hokian Elsa Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated and experienced Lead Crew Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the daily operations of our café, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. You will work closely with the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment, while also contributing to the overall success of the business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the café, including food preparation, cleaning, and customer service.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the café is maintained in a clean and safe environment.,Train and develop junior staff members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels, and ensure that all supplies are ordered and restocked in a timely manner.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.,Assist with the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring that all items are served to the highest standards.,Work with the management team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date, and that the café's financial records are maintained in a clear and organized manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both customers and colleagues.,Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and financial record-keeping.,Ability to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges as they arise.
