📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Administer employee benefits and compensation.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Lead and mentor HR staff.,Oversee training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven ability to manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English is a plus.
