📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
• Oversee daily inventory operations, including stock taking, ordering, and receiving.
• Lead a team of inventory specialists, providing guidance and mentorship.

• Implement and maintain inventory control systems, such as ERP software like SAP or Oracle.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in inventory management, with a strong track record in supply chain logistics.
• Proven experience in leading inventory teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and ERP software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in inventory management or supply chain logistics is a plus.
