Tanggung Jawab:
Design and implement education programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives.Conduct needs assessments and develop program strategies to address the specific needs of children and young people in the region.Work with local partners, communities, and government agencies to ensure the successful implementation of education programs.Monitor and evaluate the impact of education programs, and use the findings to improve program quality and effectiveness.Disseminate information and resources to stakeholders, including children, young people, families, and communities, to promote the importance of education and empower them to take action.Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, communities, and government agencies to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of education programs.Represent Save the Children in the region and advocate for the rights of children and young people.Participate in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to share knowledge and learn from colleagues.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in education, social sciences, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in education programming, advocacy, or a related field.Strong understanding of child rights and education issues in the region.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Fluency in English and Arabic is required.Experience working in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
