📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and coordinating daily operations to ensure smooth business processes.,Support the operations manager in planning, organizing, and controlling operations activities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of operations activities.,Assist in the implementation of new systems and processes to improve operational efficiency.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations.,Assist in the training and development of new staff members.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proactive and detail-oriented.,Familiarity with basic computer hardware and software is a plus.
