📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
- Assist with the preparation and administration of medical equipment and supplies
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with healthcare standards
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Assist with the coordination of patient transfers and admissions
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare or related field
- Certification as a Healthcare Assistant or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare procedures
- Good physical fitness and the ability to assist patients with mobility issues
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or related field is a plus
