Space One Abadi is seeking a skilled and experienced Captain to join our team. As a Captain, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our vessels, ensuring the well-being of our crew and passengers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and execute daily operations of the vessel, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor vessel performance, fuel consumption, and navigation systems to optimize efficiency.,Ensure the safety of the crew and passengers by conducting regular safety drills and inspections.,Communicate effectively with the crew, passengers, and other stakeholders to maintain a safe and pleasant environment.,Handle emergencies and crises, implementing appropriate measures to ensure the safety of all on board.,Maintain and update navigation charts, logs, and other operational documents.,Participate in crew meetings and contribute to the development of operational protocols and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner Certificate (MM) or equivalent.,Proficient in English and local language (Bahasa Indonesia).,Good knowledge of maritime regulations, navigation rules, and safety procedures.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.,Valid Seaman's Book and other required maritime certificates.

🛠️ Keahlian

Advanced navigation skills and knowledge of electronic chart display and information systems (ECDIS).Experience with radarsonarand other navigational equipment.Knowledge of meteorology and oceanography relevant to navigation.Familiarity with international maritime organization (IMO) standards and guidelines.Experience in crew management and motivation.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
