Indonesia Mining is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to join our team in Kendari. This is an immediate opening and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth for our mining operations. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure that our products and services meet the needs of our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mining industry.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with the mining industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian.
