📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
• Prepare and maintain candidate profiles and databases.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to gather job requirements and provide updates on recruitment progress.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
• Support the recruitment team in maintaining a positive employer brand.
• Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events and job fairs.
• Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software and databases.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
