📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and deliver engaging ESL lessons tailored to the age and level of the students,Create and implement a comprehensive summer camp curriculum,Assist in the recruitment and training of camp staff,Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians,Organize and participate in camp activities and events,Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students,Collaborate with the CIEC Global team to ensure the success of the summer camp program,Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field,TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent teaching experience,Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English to young learners,Strong knowledge of child development and psychology,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Fluency in English, both spoken and written,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously,Valid work permit for Indonesia
