📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the design of user interfaces and experiences for our financial services platform, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user journey.,Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.,Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.,Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and efficiency in the design process.,Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply this knowledge to enhance our products.,Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure that our design solutions align with our overall business goals and objectives.,Contribute to the strategic planning and development of our products, helping to shape the future direction of our financial services platform.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.,5+ years of experience in UI/UX design and product planning, with a strong portfolio of relevant work.,Proven track record of successfully delivering user-centered design solutions that meet business objectives.,Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision or Framer.,Strong understanding of user research methods and techniques, including usability testing and user interviews.,Experience working in an Agile environment, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex design challenges.
