📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring.,Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the medical team.,Supervise and mentor junior nurses to ensure high standards of care.,Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the nursing department.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.,Assist in the management of the nursing unit, including staff scheduling and resource allocation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Nurse in a healthcare setting.,Certification in specialized areas such as Critical Care, Emergency Nursing, or Pediatrics is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Valid nursing license and certification.
