Daily, you will be involved in sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships. You will work closely with our procurement team and project managers to ensure that all materials and equipment meet our quality standards and project requirements. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source high-quality materials and equipment for engineering projects.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
• Manage supplier relationships and maintain a database of reliable suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials as needed.
• Ensure all materials and equipment meet quality standards and project requirements.
• Collaborate with procurement team and project managers to support project timelines.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare and analyze procurement reports to track spending and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
• Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build supplier relationships.
• Familiarity with procurement software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid SIM card and ability to travel to supplier locations as needed.
