📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps and develop appropriate training solutions.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Mentor and coach employees to ensure they achieve their training objectives.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them grow and develop their careers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training tools.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
