📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants, providing training and support to ensure they meet their sales goals.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Promote the Sumber Anggi Cafe & Coffee brand through various marketing activities.,Attend trade shows and exhibitions to showcase our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the coffee or F&B industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Passionate about coffee and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
