Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring that all aspects of the hospital run smoothly and efficiently.,Work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.,Manage our administrative and financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.,Develop and implement operational strategies and policies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our hospital.,Ensure that all regulatory and compliance requirements are met, and that our hospital is in full compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Work with our team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans and programs.,Collaborate with other members of the leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives and goals for the hospital.,Provide leadership and guidance to our team of healthcare professionals, ensuring that they have the resources and support they need to provide high-quality patient care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, including patient care, administrative, and financial operations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Experience with healthcare software and technology, such as electronic health records (EHR) systems, is a plus.,Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the healthcare industry is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
