📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.,Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, and develop strategies to mitigate risks and maximize profitability.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.,Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting, and implement new processes and technologies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with a strong background in financial management and analysis.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.,Proven experience in leading and managing a team of finance professionals.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make data-driven decisions.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Certification in financial management or a related field is a plus.
