Code Up Abadi is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management and a commitment to ensuring the safety and efficiency of our vehicles.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, scheduling, and tracking of our fleet. You will work closely with our drivers and other departments to ensure that our vehicles are always available and in good condition.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of the company's fleet of vehicles.
  • Schedule and track the usage of vehicles to ensure they are always available when needed.
  • Coordinate with drivers to ensure they are properly trained and following safety protocols.
  • Monitor fuel usage and expenses to ensure the company is operating within budget.
  • Work with other departments to ensure that vehicles are being used efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and meet all safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Generate reports on fleet performance and maintenance costs.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in fleet management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of fleet management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to travel and work outside of regular business hours as needed.
