CV Persada Widya is looking for a Deputy Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Cilegon. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing our logistics operations. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rp 3.000.000 to Rp 6.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning, implementing, and controlling logistics operations to ensure efficient and effective supply chain management.,Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management to prevent shortages and overstocking.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure cost-effective and reliable sourcing.,Assist in the preparation and execution of logistics strategies and plans.,Monitor and report on logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for logistics staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a related role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and best practices.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.,Possession of a valid driver's license is a plus.
