📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage departmental operations to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.,Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their best performance.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and productivity.,Monitor and evaluate departmental performance against set goals and KPIs.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Represent the department at meetings and events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and departments.,Strong organizational and leadership skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with HR and management best practices and principles.
