📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage customer inquiries and schedule appointments using our in-house system.

• Conduct vehicle inspections and diagnose issues using diagnostic tools such as OBD-II scanners.
• Provide customers with clear and concise explanations of repair needs and costs.
• Ensure all service requests are completed efficiently and accurately.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive service or a related field.
• Proven experience in customer service and fleet maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair procedures and diagnostic tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with automotive service software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
