📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the store operations, including inventory, staffing, and sales targets.,Oversee daily store activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of weekly and monthly reports.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales, and customer service.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and trends.,Must be fluent in both English and Indonesian.
