📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning, organizing, and executing daily menu operations.,Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards.,Ensure food safety and quality control.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Train and supervise junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisines.,Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.,Possession of a valid food handler's permit.
