📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in developing and implementing new menu items.,Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food preparation and service.,Ensure all food items are prepared and served according to established recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for food and kitchen supplies as needed.,Participate in cost control and budgeting activities to ensure efficient use of resources.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for kitchen operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant Head Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in managing a team of kitchen staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and cost control.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficient in using kitchen equipment and tools.
